Two visits per month, every month, on a consistent schedule. Every visit follows the same systematic inspection checklist covering both the interior and exterior of your home — no shortcuts, no skipped sections.

After every visit you receive a professional written report with photo documentation and a severity classification for every finding. Reports delivered within 24 hours.

Vendor Access & Property Watch

When your home needs work and you can't be there, Nighthawk can be present to let vendors in, monitor their access to the property, and secure the home when the work is complete.

Our role is to protect your property — ensuring vendors access only the areas they need, that nothing is disturbed beyond the scope of their visit, and that your home is fully secured when they leave.

You'll receive a written report documenting vendor arrival, departure, areas accessed, and the condition of the property at completion.

Emergency Response Visit

If an alarm triggers, a neighbor reports a concern, or your smart home sends an alert — Nighthawk goes to your property the same day. We document what we find, photograph any issues, and contact you immediately.

This service is available to all active members and is designed for situations that can't wait for the next scheduled visit.
